Shaykh‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:
Anybody who is accountable and dies when he is not praying,is a disbeliever; he should not be washed,the funeral prayer should not be offered for him and he should not be buried in the Muslim graveyard; his relatives do not inherit from him,rather his wealth belongs to the bayt al-maal of the Muslims according to the more correct scholarly view,because the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said in this saheeh hadeeth:
“Between a man and shirk and kufr there stands his giving up prayer.”. Narrated by Imam Muslim in his Saheeh; and because the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:
“The covenant that stands between us and them is prayer; whoever does not pray has disbelieved.” narrated by Imam Ahmad and the authors of al-Sunan with a saheeh isnaad,from Buraydah (may Allaah be pleased with him).

”Sekoj eden koj e odgovoren a umira ne klanjajќi,e nevernik; takviot ne treba da se kapi (gusuli),ne treba da mu se klanja dženaze namaz i ne se zakopuva vo islamski grobišta; negovata rodnina ne treba da nasleduva ništo od nego,potočno rečeno,negovoto
nasledstvo mu pripagja na islamskata blagajna na muslimanite vo skladnost so mislenjeto na islamskite naučnici,zatoa što Allahoviot
Pratenik s.a.v.s.,rekol:”Pomegju covekot i shirkot (idolopoklonstvo,pripishuvanje na Allah s.v.t.,drugar ili ortak vo vladeenjeto) i kufrot (neverstvoto) e ostavanjeto na namazot".
Se zabeležuva od Imam Muslim vo negoviot Sahih;
I zatoa što Allahoviot Pratenik s.a.v.s.,rekol:
"Dogovorot što e megju nas i niv e namazot,pa koj ne klanja toj ne poveruval" zabeležano od Imam Ahmed i avtorstvoto na al-Sunan so sahih sened od Burejde (neka e Allah zadovolen so nego) Fatva al-Shaykh Ibn Baaz (10/250).

Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al-‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:
Not praying is kufr which puts one beyond the pale of Islam.If he has a wife,then his marriage to her is annulled,meat slaughtered by
him is not permissible,his fasting and charity will not be accepted,and it is not permissible for him to go to Makkah and enter the Haram; if he dies it is not permissible for him to be washed or shrouded,or the funeral prayer to be offered for him,or for him to be buried with the Muslims.Rather he should be taken out
into the desert,and a ditch dug for him,and he should be buried into it.If a person’s relative dies and he knows that he did not pray, it is not permissible for him to deceive the people by bringing him to them for them to offer the funeral prayer for him,because offering the funeral prayer for a kaafir is haraam, as Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And never (O Muhammad) pray (funeral prayer) for any of them (hypocrites) who dies,nor stand at his grave.Certainly they disbelieved in Allaah and His Messenger,and died while they were Faasiqoon (rebellious,-disobedient to Allaah and His Messenger)”
[al-Tawbah 9:84]
“It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allaah’s forgiveness for the Mushrikoon,even though they be of kin,
after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire (because they died in a state of disbelief)”
[al-Tawbah 9:113]

Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al-‘Uthaymeen (neka e Allah zadovolen so
nego) rekol:
”Ne klanjanje e kufr(neveruvanje)koj što go klava nekogo vo blediloto na Islamot.Ako toj ima žena,togaš negoviot brak e anuliran,mesoto zaklano od nego ne e dozvoleno,negoviot post i sadaka nema da mu se prima,i ne e dozvoleno za nego da odi vo Mekka
i da vleguva vo Haram; ako toj umira ne e dozvoleno za nego da se mie (gusuli) ili da se zavitka (vo ќefini),ili dženaze namaz da mu se klanja,ili da se zakopa vo muslimanski grobišta.Takviot treba da
se odnesuva vo pustina,da se iskopa dupka i da se zakopa vo nego. Ako nekomu vo srodstvo umira a toj znae deka toj ne klanjal,ne mu e dozvoleno da gi ubeduva lugjeto doveduvajќi go nego da mu klanjaat dženaze namaz,zatoa što ponuduvanje dženaze namaz za kafir (nevernik) e haram,kako što Allah s.v.t.,veli:(značanjeto:
”I nikogaš o Muhammed ne klanjaj(dženaze namaz)za bilo kogo od niv (licemernite) koj umira,nitu pak da stoiš na negoviot grob.
Navistina tie ne veruvaa vo Allah i Negoviot Pratenik,i umrea dodeka bea fasikun (buntovnici,nepokorni na Allah i Negoviot Pratenik.” (Sura El-Tevbe 9:84)
Ne e propisno za Pratenikot i onie koi veruvaat da baraat proška od
Allah za Mušricite (idolopoklonicite),pa makar tie bile i nivnite najbliski,odkako im e jasno deka tie ќe bidat žiteli na Ognot (bidejќi tie umrea vo sostojba na neveruvanje).
